Apostle Clarence J. Flowers Jr.

Apostle Clarence J. Flowers Jr. is the son of the Late Clarence J. Flowers Sr. and Julia Albrooks-Flowers. He is the husband of Minister Luvenia Flowers. They are the proud parents of nine children.
In the 1961 Bishop Flowers became a Christian and was baptized in the Holy Spirit. Bishop Flowers was appointed as the first Deacon of Rocky Run. In 1965 he was called to preach the Gospel .He was later appointed as assisted Pastor under the leadership of Pastor Farrow. After the death of Pastor Farrow, Bishop Flowers became the Pastor and his tenure has continued for thirty three years. Bishop Flowers received his Biblical education at the Undenominational Bible Institute. Where he received a diploma in Bible education.
Bishop Flowers says that there were two leaders who were great mentors and they both poured into his life. Teaching him things that would prepare him for the call to leadership. These leaders were the late Pastor Ralph Farrow, who served as the first pastor of UPHC- Rocky Run. Also the Late Apostle Willie Grant Sr., who served as the General Overseer of UPHC Inc. for forty years. Apostle Grant being lead by the Holy Spirit appointed Bishop Flowers to succeed him as Overseer. Bishop Flowers has served in the capacity of General Overseer for the past eight years.
Bishop Flowers is a man of peace with a heart of love for all people. Many have been saved, healed, and delivered under his ministry. Bishop's greatest desire is to see the body of Christ come to a place where we know who we are in God and walk in Kingdom Principles. He desires that the body of Christ live in the abundance Of Jesus Christ.
